Xu Can, also known as "The Monster," is a professional boxer from China and a former WBA Featherweight World Champion. Known for his high-energy fighting style, he became the first Chinese boxer to win a world title overseas. Xu Can has also opened a boxing gym in Tianjin, where he promotes boxing and helps people improve their fitness and confidence through the sport. We designed the brand logo for XUCAN BOXING as well as its related products.
Xu Can is deeply committed to advancing boxing in China, striving to develop new talent while making the sport accessible as a popular fitness activity. When creating his branding, we thoughtfully integrated these values and aspirations into the design.
Through our design, we aim to help Xu Can enhance his brand visibility, inspire more young people to embrace the sport, and lay the foundation for future branded merchandise.
Our primary challenge was to create a simple and dynamic design that vividly represents Xu Can's brand and its core values. We wanted the branding to immediately convey that it belongs to a boxing-focused brand while also serving as a platform to promote the sport and share the culture of boxing.
